McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks Tracking Order Status

On 12/31/2022 we ordered online from McCormick & Schmick's via website, 1st thing is that we did not receive a confirmation email, 2nd we did not receive our food, but the money was taken from my account. When we reached out the restaurant said that they did not receive an order and completed all the orders received. On the same day I attempted to place another order online and it said the earliest pick up would have been the next business day around noon. Now I have been charged for food that I never received, and no one wants to correct the problem. McCormick & Schmick's South Park -Charlotte, NC

This is my go-to place for highest quality seafood and excellent steak. My college-age son lives for the Kobe Beef burger and the atmosphere is classic steakhouse, with wood, stained glass, high ceilings, great wait staff and a great beverage selection. They will cater to special events as well, as this is always my birthday dinner choice.
