Matte Collection Tracking Order Status

I gave them an extra star for the advertising because that's what got me. But don't waste your money. It won't come on time (even though you paid the price of two bikinis for express shipping) and when it finally arrives, after your vacation I might add, there will be items missing and you will be thoroughly disappointed with the quality of those items. Also, make sure to pay full price for this garbage just in case you understandably want a refund for your purchase. If you used a discount code they'll only offer you store credit.

I live in Grenada. That's a tiny island in the Caribbean. I was quite pleased with my first 3 orders from Matt Collection. They arrived within 7 working days and the swimsuits were exactly as pictured on the website. I also felt that I got value for money, particularly when I was lucky enough to take advantage of a sale. Recently, I began to have doubts about shopping with them. I'll find some swimsuits I love, but when I see the exorbitant cost to ship, I'll change my mind. 2 days ago, I place an order for two pieces, because Matt was running a $16 sale. The shipping cost, which was once $20.65, then $21.34, then $27.32 on my last purchase months ago was now $54.58. This is almost doubled what I paid for shipping. The only option now is express shipping, 3-5 business days. I think this is unfair to customers. At least we should be given a choice. I sent an email for clarification, and I await their response. If this does not change, I will delete the app and will no longer purchase from Matt again.

I am only giving two stars because they ship quickly and the swimsuits were decent. BUT BE AWARE IF YOU HAVE A RETURN. I purchased a swimsuit and matching pants at full price (If you purchase with a coupon code, you cannot return) on November 11, 2022. I received it on November 16, 2022. I did not like the fit so I emailed the company to start the return process because they do not have any info as to how to return the item (red flag) on the website. I mailed my return on November 22, 2022 and it was delivered on November 28, 2022. After I did not hear anything, I followed up on December 16, 2022 and was promptly told that they were behind on returns. I followed up again on January 5th and didn’t hear anything. I followed up again on January 12th and I finally received a reply. I was asked what items did I return!!?? I replied and have not heard anything since. I am now going through Afterpay to get a refund. If you do buy something, use a credit card. It’s easier to dispute.

I actually can’t understand the bad reviews. I purchased an order to be sent to U.K. and within 6 days I received the order from America. The items are as described (although I brought all the same sizes and just one is a tad smaller than the others) and my order was correct. 1000% will buy again the bikinis are so lovely and came with the matching cover up for such a small price.

So I normally don’t wear two piece swimsuits but purchased a few from Mattecollection. I showed my husband and daughter the ones that I was Nervous about and they thought I looked ‘gorgeous’ in them. These swimsuits made me feel so confident that I wanted to wear them on more than just our vacation. I plan to get more so I have an even bigger reason to vacation.
