Mark & Day Tracking Order Status

Ordered arrived in 3 days. Very well packaged. Only had rug down for a few hours so not quite flat yet. On the whole I’m happy with purchase would use again. True to image also.

Don't usually leave reviews but I can honestly say I am SO impressed by this rug! I saw reviews below saying that delivery took forever and this wasn't the case for me - I ordered on Monday and it's here on Thursday. The rug I got is lovely quality and exactly like the picture. I'm chuffed to bits with the new addition to my living room and I paid probably half what I would've paid elsewhere. Highly recommend! :)

I live in France. I sent a rug back (colours not the same as on the picture) and more than a month later, they're still trying not to pay me back: refund to a wrong customer, then inedaquate amount that doesn't apply their own terms &policy. If you buy on their website, be 100% sure, their return policy is not applied and actually is a real scam!!

Après quelques échanges faciles et réactifs avec le vendeur concernant la taille recommandée, la couleur, la robustesse pour survivre à deux ados et une grande chienne, je me suis lancée. Livraison de mon tapis plus rapide que prévue ☺️. Il embelli mon salon, c'est vraiment la petite touche en plus qui manquait. Merci beaucoup ! Je recommande sans hésiter !
