A high recommendation was given to me for Lorna Martin by Mr & Mrs McCormack. At first I contacted Lorna by phone. I explained that it was a surprise birthday gift for my husband. Any messages/phone calls from Lorna made sure the secret was kept under wrap - she was amazing!! She promised to source the watch (there was only 2 in the country) within the timeframe requested (We had holiday plans and she worked to the tight time frame). This member of your staff was friendly, helpful and made the purchase a really special occasion. Lorna even offered to come into work on her day off, just to be me there for us. She lives over 1 hour from the Glasgow store. I did not expect this level of service and we were put into the safe hands of Amy. We were welcomed, taken to the 1st floor (a lovely private area to enjoy this celebration) where the watch was gift wrapped, a hand-written card and chilled champagne ready served in Waterford Crystal glasses. We were given a 5 star service. We plan to make Mappin & Webb our jewellers. I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Lorna and Amy. You have well trained professional staff that made it perfect!!!
