Manscaped Tracking Order Status

The Lawnmower 5.0 is fine if you're not using it anywhere near your groin. Which is hysterical because it is advertised as their flagship "down there" product. This thing cut me so badly one night I thought I'd have to go to the ER for a stitch or two. Manscaped should be grateful my wife is a nurse. Don't buy it. Oh and did I mention that my first one just turned on one day all by itself and wouldn't turn off. Not worth the overpriced price tag. The ear/nose trimmer is decent. Overpriced but decent. I've taught myself how to use the Chairman Pro and now like using it. But it took me a few weeks to get it to shave my face as closely as I wanted. Cool features. The Beard Hedger is good. Hard to trim a moustache with it but good for a beard. The best product they make? The small face shaver, the Handyman. Flawless. Shaves better than the expensive Pro. They should make this their flagship product. Overall, excellent customer service. Very quick to respond - and they shipped me a replacement for the defective product very fast. Don't buy the Lawnmower!

I purchased the dome pro 5 blade shaver and never have gotten the blades to line back up once removed. There loud screeching noise from the dome and it just chops up hair stubble with not all blades turning. I’ve waited months to leave a review to work with it.

I recently ordered from Manscaped, and while their products are high-quality, the shipping experience was extremely disappointing. The courier company they use in South Africa, SkyNet, charged an unreasonable "administrative fee" of R150, on top of the expected customs VAT of R73.95. This hidden fee felt like an unfair added cost, especially given that Manscaped products are already on the pricier side. I had no choice but to pay the fee to receive my order, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider purchasing from Manscaped again. If you're in South Africa, be aware of these unexpected courier charges before placing an order.

Excellent customer service. I bought a beard trimmer which I'm reasonably pleased with. During the purchase I didn't realise that there was a grooming subscription that was signed up for which was every 3 months a payment taken for selected items. I received these today and wondered why. Checked my bank and yes a payment had gone out. I was unaware so longed into manscaped to contact and found it. I cancelled it and emailed to request a refund and I would return the items. The form said it would be 48-72 hours for a response but I had a same day response, apology and refund confirmed and as a good will gesture allowed me to keep the items and not return. More than fair and I would definitely buy off them again (carefully checking i don't sign subscriptions of couse).

J’ai acheté une tondeuse il y a 3 mois, tout se passait bien et ils m’ont prélevé 3 mois plus tard 25 euros supplémentaires, sûrement pour un pourboire. La tondeuse est super, leur respect du client pas autant.
