I contacted Mango due to a Power Station that would not turn on. Joe at Mango arranged for a replacement, which was received. I noticed errors when fully charging the battery via solar. I reached back out to Joe, who remotely updated the firmware on my unit. The new unit is working good now, error free. The troubleshooting process was easy, and the issues were quick to resolve.
