Mallet Tracking Order Status

Bought the almond trainers, very comfy and I’m a size 4.5 and bought a size 4.

I bought a pair of white glitter trainers from Mallet last summer. They look good but they are the most uncomfortable trainers I have ever owned, they are too rigid which makes them painful to wear, so they haven't been worn more than a dozen times & never for long. Recently I noticed the laces going black were they go through the eyelet holes. When I removed the laces, I was astonished to find the eyelets had bled black marks all over the tongues of each trainer! I contacted 'the Mallet team' by email to show them with photos. The response was useless, they weren't interested. I was disappointed to say the least, a £185 trainer should not be manufactured with material that fails in use. I had already decided I wouldn't buy from Mallet again because of the comfort issue, but now it's because of the quality of materials. For a company with such a big name they have let themselves down. They get their 2nd star for the nice presentation box & felt bag!
