Makaboo Tracking Order Status

I can't tell you how many gifts I have ordered from Makaboo, but every experience has been seriously perfect. My go to new baby gift is the embroidered lovie. It is so sweet and soft. I gave them to twin boys who are now 5, sleep with them every night, and they look practically new. The customer service and timeliness of arrival is also exceptional. The lettering "Remi" should have been bolder.

Great product and company--this is my "go to" new baby gift. Good selection, cute items, good quality, monogram option to make it personalized. Excellent customer service--I recently entered the wrong delivery address and they were able to make the correction without any fuss. Highly recommend.

I think you all need to have free shipping.

My husband placed our order and mid-order, the site locked up. He logged back on and placed our order. Within an hour, I noticed a mistake on the confirmation. I immediately sent them an email. When I didn't hear back from them, I called on Monday and left a voicemail. As it turned out, they are closed on Friday, so they didn't get my email until Monday. The order arrived very fast and WAS PERFECT with the correct spelling! To me, THAT IS SERVICE!!!
