MailPoet Tracking Order Status

J'ai souscrit à un abonnement MailPoet pour le site de ma cliente le 1er janvier 2025. Plus d'une semaine plus tard (9 janvier 2025), l'abonnement est toujours en attente. Pourtant, MailPoet annonce une activation en 48 heures maximum. Aucun e-mail de suivi ou de mise à jour ne m'a été envoyé, ce qui est très frustrant pour un outil censé simplifier la gestion des newsletters. Après plusieurs tentatives pour comprendre la situation, je n'ai obtenu aucune réponse satisfaisante ni support rapide. MailPoet peut avoir de bonnes fonctionnalités, mais un service client peu réactif et des délais aussi longs nuisent gravement à leur fiabilité, surtout pour les professionnels ayant des échéances importantes. Si vous envisagez cet outil, soyez prêts à gérer des retards et des problèmes potentiels. Note : 2/5

It's very good and also a free service for sending emails!

Been using MailPoet for years from small sites to bigger eCommerce stores and it has always been a breeze! Easy to use, affordable, good customer support and emails land where they are supposed to - customer's inbox!

I love using MailPoet for myself and my local business clients. I've been using MailPoet for over a year now. I have it installed on several client websites, too. It makes creating and managing a newsletter very easy to do. One disclaimer, I wouldn't use MailPoet if I ran an Internet Marketing Affiliate type of business. Or, if you're in MLM or the Biz Opp niches. I would use an Aweber or GetResponse for something like that. MailPoet does their best to keep a good reputation for their sending service. I'm very happy with the deliverability. If you have a clean list that you've run through an email validation service, you shouldn't have any problems with MailPoet.

A pity that the so called French localization is in fact in morse code (aka "écriture inclusive"). This makes it unpleasant to use and hard to understand (as if WordPress and e-mail integration was so easy to get that you could afford wasting your cognition in decoding morse code) Apart from that, it's a good plugin :)
