Every time I place an order I find that your website is not user friendly. I repeat a lot of steps sometimes cannot find my order in cart. It seems it is not easy to tie into my account and doesn’t show my order total. Also today as well as past. I have to go thru payment process more than once????? I used 2 different processes. Where did the first one go???Today I wanted an out of stock new order with discount and it says here are my options and nothing shows. I find it very frustrating every time I order.

I was happy to see new items added to the selection and ordered some of those. Also, even though some items that are popular were out of stock, I was still able to place an order and everything will be delivered later rather than having to check back often for in stock items.

The Magic cup is wonderful for a close friend that is on hospice to provide that extra protein and to ensure she gets additional nutrition. She loves them!!
