Nothing 'MAGICAL' about it..

Magical Shuttle doesn't seem to have a Costomer Service Team or if they do they'd need to provide them with training & fast. I've been trying this last 3 days to contact this company to cancel a booking. The phone number they provide on the website is FALSE & they refuse to respond to emails. Magical Shuttle if you refund me for my order number 4WNHMR I'll gladly detete this review.

Shocking!!

Shocking!!! We booked at shuttle from the Newport Bay hotel. Two arrived at the same time - the first one full. We were told to board the second one despite it having no branding. We asked why and we were told the driver was part of the magical shuttle. I left my handbag in the bus. When I returned to the help desk at CDG airport to ask for assistance I was told that the shuttle did not belong them and they did not know who the driver was. This is unacceptable. No attempt has been made to assist us. DO NOT use them.

An unexpected service!!!

After getting back with great memories from disneyland Paris An unexpected occasion occured !! On 18th of november, The 8.10 am shuttle to Paris orly airport was not operated at the starting point of disneyland Paris train station. I have even paid extra taxi fee to reach this time slot (we arrived at the busstop half an hour earlier than the shuttle time) and the prepaid transfer Bus to Orly airport was not there at 8.10 am! A shuttle arrived at about 8:30, and we were so happy, but it turned out to be the 8:30 shuttle to Charle De Gaul airport, so our 8:10 shuttle to Orly was still missing… We asked the driver where our shuttle was and she seemed not to care at all. I had an argument with the 8.30 shuttle to Paris CDG driver. She was not interested with our problem at first. She Said it was not her Bus and not her problem, and there was nothing that she could do about the situation. After insisting, she unintentionally called her boss named Philip. Boss Philip reached to station 25 mins later then the Paris CDG shuttle left. Boss Philip did not know enough english to explain himself or understand the situation…The bus came just after him at around 9.00 am. Our flight was 11.30 am and the time lasted one hour and we have just arrived at the orly AirPort orly at 10.15 at terminal 4. We hardly reached the checkin encounter. We waited for at least an hour for the shuttle with a 6 year old. The other family could say nothing because they spoke neither English nor French. However, they were in the busstop since 7:00 am and no Bus had arrived since then (including the 7:10 shuttle) That was a terrible experience and i am totally dissapointed with your service!!! We have chosen this transfer option for its trust and punctuality,but it turns out that it was far away from both… there was a serious problem and no way to find a solution. We almost missed our flight, and the solution offered arrived at 9;00 am!! An hour later!! This is unexceptable.

very bad communication

My flight got cancelled, so I tried to contact them for over a month via email, contact form on their website and phone to cancel this shuttle and reschedule it. Their phone number is not working at all and nobody replied to mail/form. //update: on the date of the shuttle i got a whatsapp message to pick me up. I asked the driver if he didnt get any information from the company, that I had to cancel it... he never replied, but i finally got a reply to my 2 month old mail from Magic Shuttle and they gave me a 100% refund.

We bought a return ticket for the Magical Shuttle early 2018 in a packet through the disneylandparis.com. The outbound trip went perfectly, but the returning day we were arriving to DisneyHotel Santa Fe from the parks a last time after our 5 days trip, we got our luggage and we were waiting 18h30 for the bus heading for CDG 2h30 before takeoff, just like directions in several received mails. We found one red bus with "Magical" at the side at that time, but the driver said that he wasn't going to CDG. After waiting 25 minutes we were heading for the reception at DisneyHotel Santa Fe, just to discover that the next bus were scheduled 19h40. We never saw the departure 18h40??? Furthermore the reception said that the next bus approximately would arrive 20h50(!!!) at CDG, and that was way to late with our flight time 21h00. Therefor we were forced to order first a Disney-cab then a normal cab instead. Please be aware that you have to leave the hotel approx. 3h30 - 4h00 before departure.
