Made In Design Tracking Order Status

Peut-être aurais-je dû lire les avis avant de commander sur ce site. J'ai commandé une table fermob qui était annoncée en disponibilité en 24 à 72 heures, ma commande a été validée et j'ai reçu une confirmation par mail, mais une semaine après toujours aucune nouvelle. J'ai appelé ce matin le SAV qui me dit de ne pas m'inquiéter, que je vais recevoir très bientôt un mail mais la personne a été incapable de me donner plus d'informations. Du coup, à la lecture des précédents avis, je suis un peu inquiète sur cette livraison.

Tout était parfait.Livraison dans des délais corrects, produit conforme aux attentes , très bel article. La cerise sur le gâteau : chronopost est informé de la livraison par DPD (DPD étant une compagnie horrible ,où les articles sont régulièrement volés),ce qui représente une sécurité pour l'acheteur.

I was really worried about my order having read all the negative reviews. However my order arrived quite quick, very well packed and in perfect condition. Thank you!

I am reading other reviews and see I am in a similar position to many others. I received a damaged table on January 13th, and as soon as it was unpacked, I sent in an After Sales Request. I have since spoken with Customer Service three times, each time being promised that someone would get back to me - but i have received no communication at all. This is unbelievable in this day and age that an entity owned by Printemps could be so disrespectful of its customers. The after sales service number is MSAV230113131046 An update to this note - within a day of posting on TrustPilot, i finally got a response. I was told that I should have opened the furniture packaging prior to allowing the delivery company to leave. But in any event, Made In Design promised to get in touch with the manufacturer to either get a replacement part (only one leg which is removable was damaged) or a new table entirely. Furthermore, they told me this could be up to 15 days. That was nearly a month ago, and still no resolution of my issue. I will update my star rating to two stars, but no more until there is a resolution
