My daughter knew exactly her dream dress she wanted for prom. I called a ton of stores and no one had it and no one was able to get it in. Well, that was until called and spoke with Simon. He checked and to my amazement and was able to get us the dress with no problem!! I had a lot of questions and was afraid the dress wouldn't fit my daughter, ect, being so many states away. He helped me with sizing and made me feel at ease. It was a wonderful experience and I can't highly recommend them enough! Thank you again:)

I recently got my daughter’s prom dress from Madame Bridal. The dress is so special! The whole process can be overwhelming for both my teenage daughter, and for me, but Simone helped us both to relax. The dress is stunning and my daughter glows when she wears it. Fantastic dress, incredible customer service, and a daughter that feels confident and shines, what more could I ask for???
