Luxx Curves Tracking Order Status

Product wasn’t shipped in time so I emailed to cancel the order, no reply at all. I had no notification of the product being shipped and it just landed to my address one day. It was never marked shipped and there was no tracking or response from customer service. Delivery did take a longer than stated and I’ve no idea who delivered it. It was left at my garden gate. However, it was delivered. Product seems to be of good quality.

The shape wear I bought was good but could easily be seen from under the dress I wanted to wear it with so am trying to send it back. This company make it so difficult to get a refund, you have to email them to which they still haven't responded over a week later.

Exchange process was easy. You have to reach out to them and they will help. You have to pay shipping both ways. Items are around 80$ and having to pay for shipping/Return is a bummer.

I ordered two sizes it cost £19.25 and I’m glad I did as I ordered medium and XL, couldn’t even get my leg through the medium it was soo tiny! Tried it on It did nothing for my body, I’m slim but have plenty of curves and it didn’t accentuate it at all. Very misleading in the title and so are the photographs of it especially on Instagram where I think I ordered it from. Thought it would compress and lift but it didn’t.

I heard many good reviews on YouTube about this product. Despite it coming from America I still ordered it. They didn’t have my size in stock at the time so I bought the size down and got extenders to add onto my waist trainer. It arrived packaged nicely and the trainer looked good quality. I’ve been wearing it for a while now and I really like the way that it makes my body look. It gives me a lot of confidence. They take some getting used to at first but after a few days you get the hang of it and are able to tighten it properly. My only complaint is that one of the steel bones has popped out of the stitching, but I have had the trainer for a few months now I was able to get in touch with the company for my tracking information easily, too :)
