Pretty jewellery but it barely lasts and their online form never seems to work! I ordered 3 different bits - 2 pairs of earrings and an anklet for Christmas. One pair of earrings is yet to be worn and I’m worried now! The other earrings I was putting in and the clasp broke in my hand, they sent a replacement. So far they’re ok but not worn much and I feel like the second I try to wear them it’s just going to break again! The anklet was broken on arrival, they sent another after some communication problems which took some time, and the first time I then wore it it broke! Literally just fell off my ankle mid wear! I contacted a minimum of 3 times via their online contact form and got no response - I eventually realised I could contact via instagram and did that where they then refunded me pretty swiftly but there seems to be huge communication issues with forms not working or being able to reply to emails! The jewellery also doesn’t seem to last which is a shame as it’s very pretty.

I bought my friend a pair of earrings for her birthday. A month later she told me that the clasps were not working properly so she couldn't wear them. I emailed Luxe Tones and they responded almost immediately. A new pair were sent out and the customer service was exactly how it should be! Well done 👏
