Hi I bought a elera security light from a outlet shop it would not connect to my WiFi ,outlet shop were great but couldn’t fix it so there put me in touch with a chap called Rick from Lutec, what a great company good old fashioned customer service , Rick could not do enough to help me never known patience like it light up and running ,I would like to thank Lutec and especially Rick cheers mate great service p murphy

Elsker mine udendørs cuba lutec. Dog synes jeg holdbarheden er ringe. Fik 6 stk i gave hvorefter de blev hængt op. Nu er der gået knap 1,5 år og de irer og malingen skaller af.

retired sparky,wifey wanted front age lights changing and decided on lutec vienna straight forward design should be no problem . live in a 1940s house so walls not perfect this stops back box lying flat which stops front face being fitted with seal inserted and then the design failure of the century ,to fit the 2 5mm nuts in a gap you cannot get your fingers in to rotate on to setpins. on the upside good looking well made lights at a very good price . if i had designed the back box would have stand off corners and front box fixing studs would be more towards outside edge
