Lush Tracking Order Status

I order quite often, and the customer service is good - the products are the best in class

Went into the Carmarthen store, staff were incredible with my twin toddlers. Letting them play with the bath bombs. The store assistant Jerusha was so kind with the children and helpful. Made our day!!

Cut them some slack. Lush recently experienced a cyber attack, leading to the complete shutdown of their Customer Care department for weeks to prevent any potential customer data breaches.

How can a company in this current time of online ordering have such awful shipping. I was told it was on its way a week ago but according to the link it’s still not left. I like lush but I’m done.

Nice products but customer service sometimes really sucks. I came to the store with my two little daughters and expected more attention((
