Lunya Tracking Order Status

I bought a present for my wife - she loves it

I was gifted an order as an anniversary gift from my husband. There was an issue and customer service fixed it right away! Was pleasantly surprised. I love my new pjs!

Pajamas seem good but run quite large. While attempting to exchange, I sent emails, messages, etc for almost 3 weeks, and received no feedback whatsoever except automated messages with NO information. At this point I’d just like a refund but even that seems iffy. There is no way to contact the company except messaging, email & social, none of which they respond to.

I have ordered from Lunya several times and the pajamas are worth the splurge. I did have an issue with some stitching on my silk pajamas and was provided with a credit to purchase new ones so that was a quick fix. Everything else I've ordered has been perfect. There have been some issues with shipping because of Covid, but things happen and their customer service is second to none.

Excellent and friendly customer service when dealing with a refund. Above and beyond attention to detail to make sure it went though.
