Lulu Tracking Order Status

Mi experiencia en Lulu ha sido bastante buena, desde el envío teniendo en cuenta que pague el envío más barato me llegó a tiempo, y la atención al cliente también fue bastante buena.

Am reaching out to lulu I recently had my book sales posted in my lulu from February Book sales and now it no longer shows my book sales and Royalties from February. Something went wrong and upset about this.

Hi, am been communicating with Lulu representative about late reports of book sales am left this review on here because I need to know when is Book sales from January 2023 will be reported it seems that Book sales been reported late nearly every month and plus I received PayPal payments monthly so I just reached out to urgency so that get in touch with Lulu finance department for my book sales reports. And that do better by reporting book sales on monthly basis at time promised before 15th monthly.

Ich wollte ein Buch unbedingt haben, das ich ansonsten im Original gebraucht nur für den 3,5fachen Preis gefunden habe. Zudem wurde es in der halben Zeit wie angegeben (in 1,5 Wochen ab Bestellung anstatt in bis zu 3) geliefert. Bin sehr zufrieden damit.

Hi, I'm not much a of a " review writing person". I save my reviews for really good, or really bad experiences. In this case, i have a really good review. I printed 9 books with Lulu so far. I am so pleased with quality, customer service, shipping and unbeatable prices. I was looking for a place to print great quality, full color, books. I turned my family blog into a book series, in both hard and softcover. For a book of about 200 pages, it was about $40.00 and available to ship worldwide, which was so important for me as i am living in Israel. I was super impressed with the print quality. And i was picky about it because i have many professional quality full page photos in my books. Also when i had some trouble shooting regarding page sizes they got back to me super quick. Also I had two books in hardcover where pages began coming out, and they immediately shipped a replacement order free of charge! Just FYI most of the hardcover books were fine, but in general the softcover seems to actually hold up better. I know a lot of people complain about customer service, so perhaps they have taken that to heart and improved, because i have had very quick answers to any problems i had. Thank you Lulu, you have helped a dream come true for me. These books will be treasured for many generations i am sure.!
