Acquisto rapido e perfetto. Arrivato in breve tempo nonostante gli attuali ritardi dei corrieri. Unica cosa, sopra i 100€ la spedizione potrebbe essere gratuita. Non si dovrebbe poter scegliere tra uno sconto o la spedizione gratuita, dovrebbe essere automatico oltre una certa soglia.

I had tried to reach customer service several times via email and I kept getting a return email that their email was unreachable. I then called several times the customer service line, they did answer rather quickly, however, they were of zero help. My order was not shipped yet and I asked if I could get order express shipped to me and I was blatantly denied. They told me nobody was getting their orders expedited because it’s busy. I’m pretty sure orders to the U.S get delivered quicker than orders in neighboring countries. The routes they take are twice as long. Their website has great things, I just wish they had more flexibility in customer service when someone asks for help and to pay to rush their order,

FAST DELIVERY BUT I THINK ITS LITTLE EXPENSIVE 25 EUROS EACH TIME THE DELIVERY COST. IT WOULD BE NICE IF SOMETIMES ITS FREE :)
