Lucky Tackle Box Tracking Order Status

About 3 years ago my step mother got me a Lucky Tackle Box subscription. Actually she got me 2 subscriptions. Every month they show up in the same package. I don't mind that it's mostly cheap stuff, the thing that gets me is that for 6 to 8 months in a row they all have alot of the same stuff. I have bucket loads of the exact same soft baits. Here lately both boxes will be 75% or so identical. Thing is, the "different" box has all the same stuff as the first but is usually 2 to 3 pieces short. I'm sure they cost the same but one is slack every month. Can't complain to my step mother, it is a gift after all, but there's no way I would pay for this subscription. Wish I could leave pictures.

No way to contact customer service to get a timely response. I joined but they didn’t have my email address so I had no way to cancel the subscription. I sent at least 3 emails and 1 message via Facebook but no response. I had to contact the Better Business Bureau and after their contact with Lucky Tackle Box, they contacted me and cancelled my subscription. In the past (4 years ago) I did have their subscription and I really enjoyed it. You received an assortment of quality products but this last subscription looked like they got all the tackle from some no name store clearance section. I would look elsewhere for a tackle subscription.

The lures in the box are certainly decent and you can catch fish with them. However, I am not able to cancel my subscription. I sent an email to them on Oct 13 asking them to cancel my subscription, but I have not received a response and they charged me again my a new box. I cannot log onto my account, and when I press forgot password, they simply do not send a password reset to my email. So I guess I'm stuck paying for this box unless I can figure something else out.

Cheap off brand baits. I received over 6 months of boxes and 75% of the product received was bottom of the barrel items.
