LoveCrafts Tracking Order Status

I am in UK for a week and need extra wool to take back with me. I ordered it on Thursday and paid for faster evri delivery which delivers within 2 days of dispatch. On Friday I hadn’t had email saying it had been dispatched so rang customer care who checked for me and said yes it was now marked as dispatched. A few minutes later I got the email saying it was on its way. It’s now Sunday and evri app is telling me they are expecting the parcel but it has not arrived with them yet. They have been saying that since Friday evening. I’m not sure whether the lack of clarity lies with Lovecrafts or evri. Either way I have no idea where the parcel is on its two day journey.

My order was stuck in U.S. customs and I reached out with my concern. I realized that it was probably out of everyone's control but Anna with LoveCrafts was responsive, kind, and caring. She reached out to the shipping partner and I received my order 5 days later.

Good value and excellent customer service. A straightforward free returns service. Have used LoveCrafts for many years and always go back to them for knitting and sewing products. Quick delivery. Miss the lovely organza bags the wool used to come in. Always great when knitting a gift for someone.

I use them always but I get very frustrated about how often they're out of stock of popular yarns??? I'm halfway through a baby blanket for my soon to arrive grandson and have been waiting for several weeks for paintbox DK white to finish my project, mum is being induced on 26/2/25, I doubt it'll get finished on time now 🙄 I love the products, but the out of stock is the issue for me hence the 3 stars 🙁
