Lounge has to be one of my favourite lingerie and swimwear brands but, today I was blown away with the high level of customer service I experienced. First I want to shout out Charlotte and Sandy who provided me with a seamless service. My order arrived with one item which was incorrect (right packaging) but wrong product. I was impressed with the number of options to make contact, online chat, WhatsApp, Messenger and email and such a quick response time I mean within minutes. I was advised to register my return through their returns portal ( I wanted to also make a few exchanges as well as get the original item I ordered) received my QR code and shipped back promptly. I again made contact through WhatsApp and sent an image of my postage receipt and BOOM my replacements were ordered and I received an order confirmation email within 30 minutes. So cool and convenient that I don’t have to wait for Lounge to receive the products back before sending out replacements.
