Longchamp Tracking Order Status

The sales lady of Asian descent called shadow was extremely helpful. With great knowledge of the product sand the prices. She went to pick the bags in every colour for me while her assistants were closed in office laughing and she was running around trying to keep everyone happy

Hieronder staan allemaal ontevreden mensen die (net als ik ook bijna!) een tas bestelden bij de zogenaamde 'outlet' van Longchamp op longchampNETHERLANDS.com. Dit is een fake site, waar je je geld aan kan kwijtraken! De legit site is longchamp.com (zonder 'netherlands' daaraan vastgeplakt). Lullig dat Longchamp nu allemaal slechte beoordelingen krijgt door een fake site die hun naam misbruikt.

Nachdem unser Umtausch nach zweifacher Anfrage (die verneint wurde) doch genehmigt wurde, sind wir mit dieser Entscheidung sehr glücklich und möchten uns recht herzlich für die Kulanz bedanken. Neue Bestellung wurde ausgelöst. Christoph Tschernutter

Update: After posting my one star review here, Longchamp got in touch almost immediately. They were very helpful and resent my invoice(s). Everyone spoke English - and even German! Not sure what went wrong before, maybe their emails went into my spam folder. Only 4 stars because of the defective link in their initial email. I'm happy with my purchase. Thanx!

Called into the Longchamp store in Kildare Village yesterday. Greeted warmly as I entered the store and it just got better. The two Ladies, Lucinda and Dianne couldn't have done more to assist. I was delighted with my purchases and no doubt the recipients will be. Certainly recommend a visit. 5* service.
