I don't like y'all policy that you have to wait a couple of weeks just to receive your order. I believe if you put an order in we should receive it in 3 to 5 days! Not in 3 weeks!

Nice shoes, but slow and bad customer service. They do not ship in 24hrs like website says. I don't mind the delay, because it's not emergency that I get the shoes. My problem is, when you kindly write for status update, someone responds rudely or not at all. I have ordered twice spending over $100 each time. Still waiting on refund weeks later due to shoe no longer available. Can't get anyone on the phone. You sit on hold with as one person in cue, after 43min no one still answer. I will never. Order again. Im sure they don't care. Another unknowing person will keep there business going. Please treat your customers better.

I Thought theyve gone out of business but they didnt. They offer the cheapest shoes and theyre from china privately so noone else is selling them in the states. Ive found them on aliexpress for 10 times the price. So anyway, they used to offer expensive shipping. The past 1 year they offered free shipping over 60 but items came unboxed. Very pleased tho, tracking provided and all good. Some shoe brands are completely off with sizing but thats not the merchant's issue. Ive been a loyal customer since they were named pinkbasis back in 2011. I have an account for so many years with all my orders. It was my fav site hence I give 3 stars. I ordered recently from them in nov 2017 and a few more times during 2017, and everything went smooth. Now i ordered 2 weeks ago in may 2018 and my order took 3 weeks to ship, no emails nothing. I tried to call none of the numbers worked. I sent emails, no response. Paypal takes forever to resolve claims. I got my refund from my bank in 3 days but i did wait for 2 weeks with no sign. Eventually they shipped one pair of shoes and the rest were out of stock. They should have been mroe responsive and faster.

I ordered 5 dresses from this site and actually received them within 2 weeks of ordering. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars is because only 4 of the dresses shipped and although they had backordered on the 5th one, they never told me when it was going to get shipped until I notified them. I received it a week later which wasn't bad. The dresses were the same quality as they looked on the site. Very pleased and will order again.

TL;DR; LolliCouture would not respond to any messages, tracking number would not work, received a useless credit memo that I didn't even know what it did/how to use it. However, the products I received were good quality and the right sizes. Just shop with caution! If you insist on buying from them - at least use PayPal in case something goes wrong, and if you open a dispute on PayPal for a problem with the order, keep it open even if you get sent a 'credit memo'. Ordered 7 pairs of cowboy boots from LolliCouture - some for me and some for my mum - however I did not receive an order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. I then messaged LolliCouture through their website asking what was happening with my order, and after this I received no reply but did receive my shipping confirmation with tracking number. When I tried to check the tracking - the website came up with an error message saying "The Postal Service could not locate the tracking information for your request. Please verify your tracking number and try again later." After waiting a few days and trying a few more times I messaged LolliCouture again saying that the tracking number was not working - I received no reply. Eventually I got my boots (pretty quick - albeit expensive - shipping I will admit) and there were 6 pairs in the box rather than the 7 I ordered with the invoice in the box saying 'refund' next to the 7th pair. I had not received my refund though, so emailed the company again to ask about the refund - and again received no reply. After a few more days I opened a PayPal dispute explaining what happened - which seemed to trigger an automatic email from LolliCouture affording me a 'credit memo' (useless and did not say how that works) in the amount of about $6. Luckily I didn't close the PayPal case because I have read that this messed things up for other customers and they ended up with no resolution. The PayPal dispute/case still did not get a response from LolliCouture and eventually the case was closed - affording me my refund. The products I received are the right size and seem to be of good quality, however I would shop with caution on this website given the other problems that may arise! If you do shop through LolliCouture, use PayPal to protect your money in case something does go wrong.
