Logitech G Tracking Order Status

G fits virker ikke efter update, Dårlig kundeservice. 2 stjerner pga god pris, men jeg har købt disse g fits earbuds som nu efter en update ikke virker. kundeservice er ikke til at få fat i og når man endelig hører fra en så stiller de dig videre...... Dårligt sted at handle

Der Support ist eine Frechheit Digital River ist auch eine Katastrophe nie wieder werde ich da bestellen es ist eine große Katastrophe was Logitech da macht. Finger Weg von dem Shop lieber über Amazon und Co. Bestellen ! Update 22.12.2022 : Habe beim Support angerufen der übrigens freundlich war. Am Telefon meinte sie es gibt Probleme seitens PayPal und sie würde dies der Finanzabteilung weiterleiten. Nach 3 Tagen kam dann mein Paket. Der Email Support ist eine Katastrophe. Am besten immer anrufen bei Logitech falls es Probleme gibt.

The support team at Logitech were quick to respond and dispatch a replacement for a G915 keyboard warranty claim. Had the replacement keyboard in my hands within a week. Thank you!

I personally don't get all the negative reviews here. I am extremely happy with Logitech and its services. Using Logitech for many years and never had any issues with their services. Got a mouse with a problem, but after contacting them (and the product is within warranty) their service was great. Troubleshooting, testing, and more. They are trying to solve the problem as soon as possible. I had a hardware problem and it was replaced with a replacement. Again, I dont get all the negativity here.

I use their headset G635, mouse G502 and keyboard G512 and I love it! I had some problems with the headset cable but I fixed the issue quickly. Their Logitech G Hub is awful .. but u get used to it.
