Local Heroes Tracking Order Status

In May I ordered from Local Heroes online store when I found out that the two pieces I've wanted for so long finally was back in stock. I quickly placed them in my bag and bought them. Five days later I got a mail that said my package had been shipped. The shipping method was "fast shipping" and they even gave me a tracking number, which I checked on FedEx website right after I got it. But something was a bit strange. Then I searched for my package nothing showed up, the site told me that the tracking number was invalid. I thought that was weird but maybe they didn't have the package in their system yet? I though everything was just fine. A month later I STILL haven't received the package and I decided to write to Local Heroes businesses mail. Time passed and 10 days(?!) later they finally answered me. "we are so sorry but there was a problem and our system sold you stuff that we don't have on store. We have to give you back your money, so sorry again", it said. I was so annoyed, but you know, these things happens so I just asked them to transfer my money back. And sure, again NOTHING happened! A couple of days ago I wrote them another mail asking them if they had transferred my money back, and again no answer! Today it's about 4 months since I paid for the clothes and I FINALLY got my money back! They didn't even write me an email and apologize. Stay away from this site! Seriously! I know that their clothes is absolutely amazing but trust me it's NOT worth it!
