Little Fields Farm Tracking Order Status

I bought a Mculloch leaf blower before Chistmas and used it three times before the leaf bag started splitting. I have emailed twice about a warranty claim with no response. No one seems to answer the phone either. I am getting close to the Small Claim Court which is very disappointing. Good product apart from the bag though. AN UPDATE - they have just been in touch to offer a replacement bag. Better late than never.

The Company had previously provided these goods and were still advertising them as available. Sadly they weren't!

Great quality with a fast and smooth delivery

I ordered brown mason's baking dishes and received white pudding basins. The shop was then shut over the week of Christmas so I couldn't return them in time to get the items that I'd actually ordered. The company contacted me after New Year and their customer service was brilliant: apologised for their error, assured me that processes for sending out orders would be looked at and then suggested I keep the items, which are a lovely quality. Well done this company.

I’m confused. I placed my order then received an email from you to say thst you had a problem with your website a d my order was being cancelled and refunded So i ordered some drinkers from elsewhere Then, yours arrived!! Not good
