Lindt UK Tracking Order Status

Tried to order recently - lots of bags of mini eggs and then some boxes of Lindor to make up the free postage. Things seemed to be going pretty well because there was a delivery notice a few days later. Not so great, as it turned out - they didn't pack most of the eggs, managing to not include 16 times in the order! Trying to get a response from customer service took multiple contacts through the contact form not the website before they eventually answered and refunded - actually sending me my order wasn't offered. While I was waiting, I was getting emails saying the order was being dispatched, a week after it had arrived. All very sloppy and a bit chaotic, so I won't be trying again. It's not worth the hassle!

Made an order for over £50 to get chocolates for Xmas, I received my order week after placing the order online and there were 2 items missing.. 2 box of lindor Marc de Champagne Gift box £9 each. I contacted customer service immediately this was 23rd of dec explaining the situation saying that I can provide photos of the box after opening, and also that the Royal Mail shipping label states the weight of the box 1kg when the total weight of the goods ordered by me was over 2 kg… then I contacted them again on 30th dec and again 8th of Jan … no one come back to me ever since … this is a joke.. I have been charged £18 for chocolates I have never received and no one ever contacted me after I left 3 complaints… none existing customer service…will never buy anything from them online…

10/10 chocolate 1/10 customer service The chocolates are delightful, poor customer service, needed to cancel the order Christmas eve found cheaper price in shop, unable to speak to customer services, rang Manchester store they couldn't speak to customer services so ended up paying more for this order than at the shop

I ordered a christmas gift on the 14th of December, they didnt pack it for two weeks which made me worry as i thought that it wouldnt make it in time for christmas which was frustrating. However they eventually packed it yesterday and delivered it today. The items were packaged nicely and everything i ordered arrived and in good condition. My experience ordering from them was better last year as there wasnt such a large delay but im happy in the end.

Unfortunately some chocolate bears arrived broken and initially annoyed at no online response.Have given a 5 star review because when I did speak to customer service they were very apologetic and refunded for all my chocolate bears.
