Lilly Pulitzer Tracking Order Status

I contacted customer service regarding an item I didn’t receive. It certainly was not their fault my package was stolen but they did not offer a replacement which felt harsh. This is the first time I have had a package taken from me and in talking to my peers was informed other companies offer replacement. Just discouraging all around.

How exciting it was to shop in Lilly Pulitzer store surrounded by my favourite things! I bought a few items one of which was $17.00 clip for my hair to put it up. I didn't wear it for weeks as I was in bed recovering from a surgery but when I put my hair up for the 4th or 5th time.. the cheap plastic clip tightly wrapped with Lilly Pulitzer signature cloth broke in my hand. I called the store plus Customer Service # line they asked for the receipt (which I didn't keep) so now I sit and look at the $17 beautiful Lilly cloth covered broken cheap hair clip Made in China and pout totally DISAPPOINTED. I must say the Lilly cloth covered pony tail elastic banda for ponytails are holding up nicely.

While the clothing is adorable, the customer service is non existent. I ordered 4 items on June 26th. It is July 12th today and I have only received half of my order. I wouldn't be bothered if they sent some sort of update on when I will expect the other two items. They do not respond to my emails. I am leaving for my trip next week and would like to know if i will receive the rest of my order by then. If i don't hear back from the today, I will never shop from them again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I returned something they got the numbers all mixed up. I have the FedEx tracking number that they received it. No one answers the phone. Poor customer service will never purchase anything from Lilly’s again.

I try not to look at the ads with a discount....I END UP BUYING MORE THAN I NEED! Lilly has made my life so fun and BRIGHT. I get compliments anytime I wear the active wear, dresses, jackets, shorts, shirts, you name it I GOT IT! The shipping might take longer than expected, so don.t buy for a certain activity. Always buy in case of an activity. If I designed my own clothes, Lilly would be the closest to my style. THANK YOU Lilly!
