LED Equipped Tracking Order Status

Hello, I'll get back to you with more information. I purchased a light bar through your website last year, in September 2018th, and I cannot find my bill. Currently, water infiltrates the bar and many led lights don’t work anymore. I don’t know where the water infiltrates the bar. I’ve paid a lot and I am disappointed of my purchase. By the way, I also bought the siren kit 200 watts and it’s working well. I expect that somehow you could exchange my light bar for a new one or give me a refund on it.

The service and delivery was very prompt and courteous, however I had and still do have an electrical wiring problem that was never resolved.

We tried another, similar company and was not impressed with customer service. While the product was virtually the same, it was a nightmare to get questions answered and so forth. LEDEquipped was nearly instance response to questions, the products ended up being slightly superior to the previous "similar" company's product, and shipping was FAST! Highly, highly recommend LEDEquipped over the other guys...hands down.
