Ho effettuato l’ordine e dopo un po’, vedendo che non ricevevo nessuna conferma ho scritto e riscritto e dopo varie mail mi hanno risposto che erano dispiaciuti ma la merce durante l’imballo per la spedizione si era rotta. Mi hanno subito rimborsato la cifra però non ho visto un modo molto corretto di lavorare. Mi chiedo innanzitutto se è davvero successo e se per caso io non li avessi stressati con tutte quelle mail? In ogni caso non ricomprerò più nulla.
