I ordered the wrong item and can’t return it as no courier services will take chlorine granuals back.

All is well... Skye, so that can excuse slight tardiness in delivery... Replacement Filters do not have as many paper weaves as originals which is a bit odd...

The best customer service I have ever experienced. I had a problem with my pump which was still within the warranty. Soon after I submitted the claim I received a call from a very friendly and helpful service agent who talked me through exactly what was needed to evidence the problem. Once I had submitted the videos etc my claim was quickly authorised and dispatched very quickly. Well done!

Ordered the square hot tub insulator cover. Warmed hot tub to temperature after filling from cold,10 Hours later it has retained the same temperature. Nothing but 5 stars, well done!.
