Lakeland Fashion Tracking Order Status

Ordered a suede jacket in size 40 which was slightly too small. Returned for a size 42. Super fast turnaround on the return and dispatch of the new jacket which is great quality and fits. Really great comms, thanks for being a great seller.

Ordered three different sizes of the same leather jacket, just so I could make sure I got a size that would be best fi (I’ve had problems in the past with other companies who pretend to be U.K. based but aren’t and if you get the wrong size - tough!). So, my jackets arrived meticulously well packaged- not just the outside packaging, but they were all inside the same box but well separated with the best tissue paper etc, and all folded beautifully. As I knew I would be sending at least two back, if not all of them, depending on quality etc, I took special note of how to package them they way I received them. It is a beautiful jacket, and I found the best size I needed. I returned the other two, had a prompt refund and my whole experience of this company was extremely positive . Note: I only stumbled on this company just before ordering and had never heard of them before. I am impressed though with their products and service and look forward when travelling to going into one of their shops for a browse (I am in Scotland, so a good couple of hundred miles away from their nearest retail outlet).

I visited the Lakeland Leather Store in York on Thursday 27th April 2023, I was looked after by Ellie and Bunty they gave me great advice on the style, fit and colour of the leather jacket that I subsequently purchased. It can be difficult deciding on which jacket to buy so I needed someone to advise me which they did and I bought my jacket. The level of customer service provided by Ellie and Bunty was exemplary.

I bought a brand new Lakeland leather jacket from Next. The quality of the leather is very good, but unfortunately some patches lost colour, stitches were undone and the press studs aren’t working. I got in touch with Lakeland leather to check for repairs under guarantee. Will see how this will work out and I will update my review then.

A series of disasters from start to finish. The hanging loop on my brand new £400 jacket broke the first time I tried to hang it up. I was advised by Lakeland to return it. The simple repair took 2 weeks and then to cap it all DPD delivered it to the wrong address.
