kjaer weis Tracking Order Status

Order #110481 This is crazy - order never received, they don't answer any emails and you can't call their Customer service. Even though the products are great, the company and the webshop is terrible :-( Don't order anything here, you will never receive it. I have contacted my bank for a full refund via NETS.

Bestellt, bezahlt Ende Juni und keine Waren erhalten. Ich erhielt nur Mail, dass es länger dauern würde. Nun erhielt ich eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer, die nicht aktualisiert ist und vom Versandunternehmen nicht verarbeitet werden kann, da sie inkorrekt sei. Ich will nur noch mein Geld zurück! Mein Vertrauen in diese Firma ist erschüttert!

I'm so disappointed. I ordered a mascara three months ago that has never arrived. They keep telling me they've replaced it and send a UPS tracking note that doesn't make sense and allegedly has been received but there's no proof of delivery just a name of an unknown person. I can't believe it can take this long and it's a shame as I've had the mascara before and it was good.

Although I had a bad experience being charged a large amount of import duty by UPS the customer support at Kjaer Weiss were responsive and great. The make up is beautiful and the red palette which contains all the choices delightful. It’s top quality and I am delighted with how it looks and feels. What a treat. Very lovely indeeed
