Kijani Living Tracking Order Status

Still selling goji berries advertised at 448g even though when I got them they were 400g they need reporting to trading standards.

Ordered 453 gram goji berries X2 but when they arrived they were only 400 grams, customer service was abysmal so I took the hit, but still they advertise the product at 453 grams. I'll go elsewhere next time.

My experience is the same as the other reviewers - My money was taken but no product arrived. I can not contact anyone about this - when I write to them either by email or Facebook no one replies... I will be reporting this business to trading standards and taking it from there.

I order over two weeks ago and still nothing has arrived. I have emailed and phoned countless times. I haven't had a problem with them before, their products and prices are very good, but customer service abysmal. I will be requesting a refund if I don't hear anything soon.

I made an order 3 weeks ago and enquired where my item is, I didn't have any follow up nor I received the item. At this point, I asked for a refund and again no response. Very bad.
