Keeps is Pretty Good

Keeps' prices are reasonable, although you can do better with insurance and picking up OTC stuff at a pharmacy, but I hate going to the pharmacy and appreciate Keeps' convenience. I'm not sure how people don't know it's a subscription service. Their most common promotion is "your first month free". Where do people think the other months go? Do they just vanish? They also have clear statements saying that you're going to be billed and your refill date is always in your account. Also, canceling your subscription is very easy. I don't know where people get hung about it. You email, text, call, or chat in, say you want to cancel, and they'll usually offer something to help if you need a delay or a discount. If they don't, it just gets canceled and that's it. When I thought I had to cancel, the rep I had helped work out a delay and a discount to help so I didn't just lose out on treatment time. Their customer service is also very good. Their refund and return policy is more than fair (seriously, don't ask to return your medication, because there's no 100% way to guarantee that it hasn't been tampered with and it can't be resold) and it's clearly stated on their website. They give about 24 hours to have an order canceled, which is extended over the weekends since they don't have normal operating hours at that time. I'm super happy with my Keeps experience. Their ketoconazole shampoo has been a lifesaver for me and I like their other shampoo/conditioner, as well as the pomade. I always feel like my needs are taken care of when I have to reach out.

Great products but awful billing

I have no complaints about their products, as they're fantastic, but they make it very difficult to skip months or cancel if you want. This should be possible without having to email them.

Pretty easy to get hair loss treatments…

Pretty easy to get hair loss treatments and good customer service. Was a little worried when my card was automatically charged as part of the subscription even though I intended to discontinue treatment, but they made cancelling the order simple (by phone call within 24h).

Bad billing system

I like the product, but the way their billing system charges you is really bad. They never tell you when you're about to get billed and when you tell them you have way too much product & ask for a refund, they say you can't get a refund since it's a "custom" prescription. I wish they would give you a few days heads up before they charge you just like every other subscription brand.
