Keen Psychics Tracking Order Status

I've been a keen customer for over a decade and I'm learning that this site has some fraudulent advisors who manipulate the system, don't care about what you're going through, and flat out rude. I'm currently going through a life crisis and I wanted someone to talk to as I sort things out. I had a situation last night where I was talking to a advisor and I asked her a specific question. She couldn't answer the question and hung up on me. I couldn't leave feedback after the reading. I had another advisor who I was explaining my crisis and she just up in the middle of the conversation and told me she has to get off the phone to cook dinner after I was explaining my situation. She absolutely didn't care to talk to me and ended the call. I had another advisor who yelled at me when I told her about another spiritual method I used to give me some peace during my crisis. I have spoken with this advisor several times before and spent good money with her. She yelled at me and hung up on me. Again I couldn't leave a review. There was another advisor who wasn't even listening to what I said. I told her that too. Then she went on guessing my situation. Keen has a policy that if your call is under 4 minutes, the call is ineligible for a review. These advisors are manipulating that rule because they know it will hurt their ratings and it allows them to be rude, um-empathetic, and even hang ups with no accountability on their end. They are able to fake maintain a 5 star rating because of this policy. They also have a satisfaction guarantee policy which is tied into the call that's rated so If you cannot leave a review, it doesn't show up. Its sad to say but I'm going to end my relationship with keen. It's not well managed and you will be wasting your money here.

I always receive excellent Customer Service from Keen. I've been with Keen since 2021. Keen is a very good company. What I admire about Keen they care about your privacy. Excellent service from Keen Representative. I've been with Cassandra love readings since 2021. I rate her at 1000% of excellency.
