JustFab CA Tracking Order Status

I just had to return a pair of pants and it was so easy. I used the online chat and I was sent something right away via email to return the package via post.

Edit: I was finally able to get through to someone to cancel and received a full refund. I had a subscription years ago and loved all my shoes from here. I decided to give it a try again after about 4 years. I ordered 3 pairs of heels and 1 pair of boots all in a size 7.5, which was the same size ordered years ago with no problem. All 4 pairs were over a cm too long. The boots were quite snug width wise, I have normal width feet, and the outer material was an extremely stiff felt like material that was uncomfortable around the ankles when the boots bent during walking. The material seems extremely cheap. My experience this time has been horrible, and to get a refund I'll have to pay a restock fee due to issues that should not be my problem. I will never order again.

Can easily locate items, Price is right, Sizes always available.

I will be canceling my membership after over 10 years being a member. The last few pairs of shoes I purchased were not the quality I expect. Where did your selection go for plus size clothing? Did you get rid of all the woman who were size 18 and above? I use to sing your praises
