Ask question, paid the amount and was done I thought. Just got another charge on my card for $39.00 I guess there was some small print that I agreed to pay every month for ever. We’ll screw you will never use this ever again. Too bad it did answer my question and would have used again but I don’t like getting ripped off!!!!

I love this service. When dealing with illness anxiety this service allows for quick reassurance to allow myself to center and address my real problem. All providers are empathetic and respectful.

Checked power at the control board and ordered the part still waiting for it should be in tomorrow, it should fix the problem, part ordered control board.

The vet was very knowledgeable! He calmed me down n answered my questions w confidence. I canceled because I didn’t see whr a $35.00 monthly subscription fee would be charged, until I checked my credit card account. Very d wen I was told I couldn’t get a refund!! I don’t mind paying $5.00 whenever I need to use the app but, my CSR wasn’t very nice when I asked for refund. Well after reading some of these reviews I guess I’m not the only you hid the monthly subscription fee from!! I believe we should all be refunded!!!!
