JS Travel Insurance Tracking Order Status

I've had mobile phone insurance with this firm since 2010. I now need to make a claim but their phone number no longer exists. How can I get in touch with them? Their website just takes me to travel insurance & they can't help me. £4.99 a month for 11 years & they can't be bothered to inform me about how to get in touch with them. I'm so angry!!

I took out travel insurance using this company and when I tried to make a claim I was told by TIF group insurance (the underwriters) that they don't know this company. I tried to call JSInsurance several times and the phone was never answered. I then emailed JSInsurance and after a few days I got a standard response telling me to contact TIF group insurance. JSInsurnance was very efficient when taking my money but there is no after care once the money has left the account.

Great insurance company, very helpful when I took out travel insurance for my Everest Base Camp trek in April BUT they use tifgroup for their underwriting the policies and they are terrible. My flights were cancelled 48hrs before flying out and I submitted a claim, but the claims team don't read the information and don't response to emails. Totally useless - check out their Trustpilot reviews. JS Insurance, you are great but let down by your partners at tifgroup

An excellent company, they were quick to respond to correspondence and answered any questions that I had. Would recommend to others in a flash!

Quick and easy to use. Competitive prices too. Wish they would do an annual policy for a child though.
