Joy The Store Tracking Order Status

Pretty unimpressed. Ordered two dresses - they then cancelled one of them as it turned out they didn’t have it in stock. When the other dress arrived the quality wasn’t great so I sent it back. Still awaiting my refund a month later. Wouldn’t order from them again.

My experience was very disappointing! First I found their product descriptions to be extremely leading! The description showed a complete assembly which lead to believe the product was a complete product when in fact it ONLY a piece of the whole product! I requested a refund based on it only being one piece which was useless without the rest! When customer service replied they stated their policy doesn't allow returns unless it was damaged! Today's shopping online revolves around the flexibility to return the product if they don't meet your needs! This company's policies don't strive for customer satisfaction!

Wandered in for a mooch ! An hour later we left having met two wonderful members of your staff, Acting Manager Peter and your female shop assistant, Renee a law student at the local Uni. They were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A credit to your company and to themselves. Wishing you and them only good things for the future. They added to and enhanced our visit to Leeds.
