I had my 9 month old grandson with me and Shirley a member of staff made such fuss of him and even got rabbit out for him to stroke. She is always bubbly and helpful, friendly.

Went in to Jolly’s to get my dog a new toy teddy and came out with a teddy and a sheep toy. Great selection of toys in Jolly’s, so very satisfied. Staff as always very pleasant even though they seemed to be under pressure as a lot of people in. Staff knowledgeable also, so different to Pets at home.

Pet Club at Jollyes is magnificent.. amazing bargains and massively discounted prices.. got the dog crate I needed for my dog's post cruciate ligament surgery and half the price of on line retailers and it's so simple to put up.. given the cost of the surgery I'd take every saving I can so thank you!! Great staff too very friendly at Norwich branch on Sweet Briar retail park.. 👍
