Found Tracking Order Status

I have been really busy and I expected the drugs to come every month but I only got 1 month's supply since March 2023 ( it is now September) after paying $500 initial fee. I should have been proactive with account. It was a waste. The first month did not show any change. Even 5 lbs. would have been nice. Nothing. The monthly charge is a lot too, and the cancellation fee is $99. Be aware. The online community looks helpful and everyone posts, and it feels like an Instagram world, which isn't my type of program. It wasn't for me, maybe it will be for you.

Where to even begin. Guess I’ll start with the Pros: Quick to speak with a medical professional and medicine ships fast Cons: Price is $120/month You only get a one on one coach for the first 4 weeks, after that you basically share coaches on the app with the rest of the Found community where everyone will see your Coach questions. The app is mediocre. I personally have found zero benefit in the app. I could see how maybe someone brand new to weight loss and health could find value in it. Customer support will tell you oh it’s worth the $120 month because it includes the medication! However, Metformin costs $4 at Walgreens for me. And for someone without insurance Metformin is a very cheap prescription. Add that with shipping, you’re looking at a $20 value tops. So will I continue? Absolutely not. I am cancelling my subscription. I can get my local PCP to prescribe the medicine. I don’t need to pay $120/month for no one on one coach and for a mediocre app. I can get a free app that does more than what they offer.

I am not a person who shares things, and that is fine with Found. Unlike other programs, I have found the team to be responsive and understanding of a weight loss journey that may be hit with bumps in my road. The doctors listen and think carefully about your best journey to your weight loss goals.
