I like the app and the program. However, the nutrition piece is missing and no one seems to be able to help me. Also, I had Joggo before so it kept my former data like level and weight and I can't seem to change it. Katie

Edit - Dec 19, 2024 I received an e-mail today, 10 days after my first contact about the meal plan issues. It says 'As we weren't able to fix the issue in a timely matter, I have issued you a full refund for your purchase.' and I recived the full refund (not a partial one for the rest of my subscribtion) already on my PayPal account. Thus, I will change my rating from 1 to 3 as this shows that they at least care about their users and business ethics. Thank you! Original Post - Dec 17, 2024 Like many other users, I saw the instagram ad for challenge and subscribed. I knew the challenge had to be completed in 30 days. To see this, you need to check the fineprint and details etc. but at least it's there. Compan, encouragingthe terms which would also encourage people to do better. The moment I paid for it, I also noticed it was working like a subscribtion that will be renewed at the end of the paid period. These are the tactics every company use, I don't like it but I can understand that. Yet, this is not why I rate this app 1 star. First of all, the app disconnects in the middle of the runs without any notifications. Yes, all permissions are granted - including disabling power saving mode or auto-kill. At first I thought, maybe the app is not able to run in the background when the screen lock is on (it actually can't) so I changed my s-lock settings, kept the phone in my hand, app but it disconnected 2 out of 3 runs anyways. The other important thing app lacks is notifications. I checked if notifications are off but there is only 1 setting (On/Off) and it's on. Yet, I never received a notification to remind me of an excercise or a meal. So it's all on you. You need to track everything yourself. It's not interactive at all. So at that point I questioned the purpose of the app. Finally, I changed my phone. My meal plan disappeared and never came back. I connected support, they said they passed the issue to a technician but I never heard back. After 7/10 days, I contacted again and said I am really unhappy with the app and requested a refund. They informed me that refund is only for the first 24 hours which is really absurd. For a running app with a meal and work out plan, they expect their users to test everything in the first 24 hours. This should give you an idea about their business approach. Since my app is not working, I requested a refund which is of course sent to a supervisor who will never contact me. I hope I hear back from them and regret this comment but very unlikely. Anyways, stay away. Find something better.

Super responsive with excellent and professional customer service. I am most impressed and blown away by Joggo's service.

Joggo is an excellent app for all levels of athletes. It includes a healthy meal plan and pre and post warm ups and cool downs to help your muscles not to get sore. It moves through the levels gradually so you are ready and don't get discouraged. The audio encouragement is also quite nice. You can play your own music in the background without any technical issues either like some other apps have. This is my sending time paying for the subscription and it is worth it. I even was able to lose weight with it last time.

This is the second time I have subscribed to joggo because it really works. I enjoy the gradual increase in intensity for each workout and it is motivating to see my level move up as I build stamina and endurance. I know this program works because I can see it with the toning of my legs and body. I enjoy the warm ups and cool downs as well because they help to keep me from getting soar. I would highly recommend this app for those who are just starting out or even a long time walker or runner. It is a wonderful app.
