Jewel Osco Tracking Order Status

Just had shopping at JewelOsco, located at 79 McHenry Rd, Buffalo Grove, Il. I found all items and had a very quick checkout by Cashier Laurie. Thank you for professional service.

Not happy with jewel or their agents. Refund request was rejected when it shouldn't of been. I get damaged or expired items all the time with my pick up orders! Also 1 was a substitute that I didn't want, girl took it back in store and never refunded me. Spoke to 2 agents that didn't help me at all and were not apologetic or friendly whatsoever! I just want my full refund for those items and should never get rejected refund requests! Should NOT have to repeat myself or argue with customer service either. Also get new agents because most people should NOT be agents for any company when they don't want to actually do their job and help and be friendly/caring in the process!!

I am regularly shopping from what used to be my favorite store, now shopping for me been struggles looking for items, since jewel head office decided to cut most of food that most Americans shop for!! instead been replaced with Middle Eastern product!! most of Middle Eastern shops from their own trusts stores !! Is it fair to cut most of our favorite products that we used to get and make more and more spots for certain people which you will not make money but instead you will lose real customers , if you knew how unsanitary having halal meat in a store you would stopped care it?? Sorry to say this seems the store about to close !!
