Jarder Garden Furniture Tracking Order Status

I wanted to buy a cantilever parasol. A bit of research on the internet showed that Jarder had something that appeared very suitable. I wanted to check a couple of points before ordering, so I rang them. The phone was answered after two rings and I was directly through to a helpful person who could answer my questions. So much better than a queue at a call centre! First I ordered the parasol set and then, a few days later, some additional weights. Both were ordered online between 14.00 and 15.00 and both arrived the following morning. A superb level of service and the products look good.

Ordered monday lunchtime arrived tuesday afternoon. Was very easy to assemble looks great on the patio . It looks more expensive than it was so that's always a plus in our house . So far so good

Great product. We have used it for a few years now, at lots of customer properties, and on a wide range of surfaces. It does the job as it says, and very pleased with the results.

I bought an expensive parasol from Jarder last Summer. They sent me 2 of everything. I contacted them to inform them of their error as it is quite a pricey set (parasol, bases and cover). They collected it. After using my parasol for a couple of months I packaged it and packed it away carefully for winter. When I took it out of storage this summer, I noticed that a plastic part on the parasol was broken. It is not a part that is handled for operating the parasol. I assume that it was the change in temperature that caused it to crack and snap. I contacted Jarder as it was less than a year since purchase and only used for a short period of time. They would hold no responsibility and offered to sell me a replacement for a fair whack. Disappointed by their poor service.
