Awful experience

I did not have a good experience with this company! I ordered a ring and was sent the wrong size. Then when I emailed they told me that I ordered the wrong size (which I did not). I was then told I could exchange it (I had to pay return shipping) and instead of exchanging it they refunded me and will not answer me now. I will never do business with them again
