I was beyond disappointed with the elf kit. I finally decided to spend money on a kit and the pieces don’t even fit size wise with our elves. The hats don’t fit, the props are way too small… And the 100% satisfaction guarantee is bogus. It only applies if nothing has been opened. I wouldn’t have known that the items are not sized for “Elf on the Shelf” elves if I hadn’t opened it—and only opened 3. Save your money and don’t buy from here. Customer service hasn’t even responded after asking if anything had been opened.
