Ingram’s Water & Air Equipment Tracking Order Status

Great resource for DIY folks. When you talk about geothermal systems with HVAC guys in Texas you get a lot of strange looks, most of the companies selling geothermal equipment won't even talk to someone who isn't licensed and been through a manufacture specific class. Ingrams was able to supply me with what I needed and were also able to answer a few random questions throughout the process, I would certainly look to them again in the future.

Lindsey provided fantastic customer service. Was looking at buying a unit of lesser quality for over $ 6,000 ended up paying $3,700 Lock stock and barrel even delivered. Everything messed up with my old unit very well.

First, customer service got my name wrong so when I called in they couldn't find the order. Customer service and the parts department weren't on the same page. finally got the new motor after numerous calls asking for shipping / tracking number. Once it arrived it worked perfectly.

Great customer service. Just not thrilled with the shipping company, otherwise an excellent experience.

Ordered furnace on a Friday, by following Friday it was at shipping hub close to delivery point. Opted to will-call and XPO did a great job making it an easy pickup. Ingrams said it would take about 5 business days! They nailed it! Great customer service! Rick Hanson
